He was the CFO of Bajaj Auto Ltd and was instrumental in setting up iconic Indian companies Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Allianz General & Life Insurance Company. He is a strategist and mentor for the group. A keen believer and practitioner of the long-term wealth creation philosophy, his insights and decades-rich experience have played a pivotal role in transforming Autus to a trustworthy name in the financial services industry.

Mrs. Shilpa Laddha, Executive Director of Autus Securities Pvt Ltd is a Bsc (Home Science) degree holder. She brings in over 2 decades of experience in financial markets. She has rich experience in the dealing and operations department in Autus Securities Pvt Ltd. She has good knowledge and experience of mutual funds.

Mr. Sameer Kulkarni, Director, has over 18 years of total experience in equity research and portfolio advisory. He holds B.Pharmacy, MBA (Finance) qualification. He is engaged in fundamental equity research of businesses within Autus universe, identifying new investment opportunities and tracking these companies at regular intervals. He does regular assessment of appropriate asset allocation, portfolio construction and is responsible for client management and sales development.
